Marsh Beret
This pattern is in Danish.
The Marsk beret is knitted from the bottom up. First, knit a rib (k1, p1) on 3 mm needles to make a tighter opening to hold the beret in place. Knit the rest of the hat on 4 mm needles. The rib can be folded under the beret if desired, so that it is hidden behind the rest of the beret. Then knit increases and then decreases to create the shape of the beret. Finally, knit the small i-cord tip or attach a pompom.
The beret is knitted in stocking stitch while making increases and decreases. First, circular needles are used, while the top of the beret is knitted with double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique.
Make a test stitch to check the knitting tension before you start.
