Emil's hat can be knitted in two models. There is the short model (K), inspired by the short hipster hat, which does not cover the ears. The other model has a normal length (L), and covers the ears.
The hat is knitted in double thread from the bottom up in a different rib. The first part is knitted on circular needles (40 cm), while the top is knitted with double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique.
