Ella scarf

Ella scarf is knitted from tip to tip in garter stitch with i-cord edges. Increases and decreases are worked to shape the tips. 

At one end, a double layer is knitted to create a “hole” that the other end can be pulled through. This way, the scarf is held securely in place, but without having to tie a knot yourself.

Knit a swatch that you either steam or wash and block to check the knitting tension before you start knitting the actual scarf.
